• Returned templates must be kept in their original condition and packaging, and it is recommended to record an unboxing video upon arrival to minimize unnecessary disputes!
• Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
